This one seems counter intuitive – if the goal is to lose weight, many dieters think that eating less is the
best idea. However, your body’s metabolism will stop if you don’t eat enough during the day. Eating a full breakfast will also fill you up longer so you’ll be less tempted to snack between meals.

3. Drink More Water
A lot of people are chronically dehydrated, meaning they don’t drink enough water every day. Drinking enough water every day will help your body run the way it’s supposed to. Be sure to have at least 48 ounces of water a day starting at breakfast – this alone can lead to shedding up to 5 pounds in a year.
