Martin’s Supermarkets is an American retail chain of Supermarkets located in northern Indiana and southern Michigan. With more than 20 stores, the company prides itself on offering a local feel to grocery shopping, while meeting the needs of its community. Offering products that families want and need, Martin’s promotes healthy eating for families with its fresh produce, in-store baked goods, fresh meats, homemade deli options and much more. Martin’s also offers alcohol, diary, frozen foods, home items, floral, seafood and much more.

Established in 1947, Martin’s Supermarkets got its started when Jane and Martin Tarrow opened their store in South Bend, Indiana. From that time, the chain has grown and turned into more than 20 stores within the northern Indiana area, as well as the southern Michigan region. Martin’s was a locally owned and operated store for many years until 2019 when it was sold to SpartanNash, a grocery company from Grand Rapids, Michigan.
